Kofax MarkView Solution Administration
The Kofax MarkView Solution Administration course is an introductory level course. It includes the Application interface and the setup and configuration of the appliction operation. The course is intended for those new to the MarkView for Accounts Payable environment or managing the processing environment. The MarkView Topology and interface with Oracle 12 EBS is discussed. Instructions on obtaining credentials to the Kofax Customer Portal are provided and benefits of of the site are presented. The MarkView workflow is presented and User Administration, Groups and Roles are introduced. Alternate User Assignment is presented. Organization structure and options for configuring the Organization preferences is discussed. Troubleshooting tips for the MarkView Viewer are presented. Automated User Setup and Synchronization (AUSS) is introduced and basic concepts discussed. The certification exam is included with this course.
